The Kymco Agility is the latest model to be developed by Kymco, one of the most innovative manufacturers in mobility scooter production today. Making use of their vast experience in the automotive industry, the Agility brings us modern motorcycle features in a stylish form.

Sporty low profile tyres fitted to large 12″ alloy wheels add to the appearance of this scooter. The Agility is also fitted with an advanced, all round oil dampened suspension system to enhance the level of comfort on offer. This is further enhanced by the luxury breathable Captain seat offering excellent levels of support.

The standard tiller configuration has been superseded by a comfortable delta tiller bar. A bright, back-lit display taken straight from motorcycle design ensures you can always see vital information and is also waterproofed against the elements. To keep pace with the modern world we live in, Kymco have even provided a 12 volt socket to charge your mobile phone or tablet on the move. Powerful all round LED lighting ensures you can see and be seen. The lights are low power LED’s that use a fraction of the power that normal bulbs do, leaving more power for your journey.

How do I Claim VAT Exemption on my Order?

To show that you’re entitled to buy the goods VAT free, we will ask you to complete a simple declaration at the checkout stating the eligibility or the user of the items. This data is confidential and secure.

Once you have selected which products to purchase, simply proceed to checkout as normal.

At the bottom of the checkout page you will find the form shown below – once completed the VAT will be automatically removed from your order.

Who is eligible for VAT Relief / Exemption

You do not need to be registered disabled or eligible for any other benefit to qualify for VAT free goods.

You are eligible if either yourself, or the person you are purchasing the goods for are chronically sick or have a disabling condition, and the goods are for personal / domestic use only.

Charities are also exempt from paying VAT, and can do so by simply completing the form in the same manner and entering their charity number. This number will be quickly verified by us before dispatch of your order.

Who is not eligible for VAT Relief / Exemption

If the person the goods are intended for does not have a specific long-term medical condition, by law they must purchase their goods without applying for VAT exemption. If you have a short-term injury, or simply use the term ‘old age’, this would not make you eligible, so please be specific when entering the disability criteria.

Any organization that does not have a registered charity number (such as businesses) are also not exempt from paying VAT.
