All our mobility equipment comes with comprehensive insurance coverage included in the rental price. This covers:
- Accidental damage protection
- Theft coverage when properly secured
- Third-party liability insurance
- Breakdown assistance and replacement
Care & Responsibility
As the renter, you are responsible for:
- Keeping the equipment clean and dry
- Storing indoors when not in use
- Charging electric models daily
- Reporting any issues immediately
- Using equipment within weight limits
- Following all safety guidelines provided
Requirements & Deposit
Required for rental:
- Valid photo ID (driving licence or passport)
- £100 refundable security deposit
- Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
The deposit is fully refundable upon return of equipment in good condition. Payment accepted by card or bank transfer.
