About this adaptation
Experience enhanced driving independence with the Guidosimplex D907FV Push Brake, a sophisticated mechanical hand control designed for effortless vehicle operation. This innovative system allows you to manage braking with a simple forward push, mimicking the natural action of a foot pedal, ensuring a comfortable and intuitive driving experience. Crafted entirely from high-quality aluminium and finished with embossed rubber, its sleek design integrates seamlessly into your vehicle's interior, providing both practicality and safety.
Ideal for drivers seeking greater control and confidence, the D907FV features an innovative hill start mechanism. This clever function automatically engages the brake when transitioning from a stop on an incline, preventing rollback and making uphill starts smooth and stress-free. Whether navigating busy city streets or challenging hilly terrains, this system empowers you to drive with assured precision and ease.
Safety is paramount, and the D907FV addresses this with a conveniently integrated horn button, allowing you to signal without diverting your attention from the road. Its non-invasive installation preserves your vehicle's original structure and dashboard, ensuring a discreet yet highly effective modification. Choose the D907FV for a reliable, ergonomic, and universally compatible solution that transforms your driving journey into one of continuous comfort and control.

Who is it suitable for?
**Lower limb mobility limitations**: This product is ideal for individuals who have difficulty using their foot to operate the brake pedal, such as those with paralysis, weakness, or amputation in one or both legs.
**Upper body strength and control**: Users need sufficient arm and hand strength to comfortably operate a manual lever. The 'soft-touch finish' and 'long-arm brake lever' are designed to minimise effort.
**Maintaining vehicle integrity**: This adaptation is perfect for drivers who want to modify their vehicle for accessibility without altering its original structure, ensuring the vehicle can be easily returned to its original state if needed.

Compatibility, fitting & aftercare
Why prices are quoted for your vehicle
Modern cars differ a lot — steering systems, electronics, airbags, dashboards and mounting points. What fits one model may need different parts, programming or labour on another. The figures on this page are a starting point for supplied & fitted work; we confirm a firm price once we know your make, model and year, and have checked compatibility.
Workshop fitting vs mobile
Most adaptations are fitted at our Heathrow or Ferndown workshops, where we have the tools, lifts and diagnostic equipment to do the job properly. Some simpler fittings can still be done at your home or a dealership when the product and vehicle allow — we'll say so when we quote. We never force a mobile fit where workshop conditions are safer or required by the manufacturer.
Area we cover
We focus on local service from our two workshops — roughly within about 30 miles of Heathrow (West Drayton) and about 60 miles of Ferndown (Wimborne). Collection and return of your vehicle, home visits and mobile work (where suitable) sit inside those bands. Outside the area you can usually still bring the vehicle to us, or ask about options when you request a quote.

Review our service on Google
“Tried several hand control systems before this one and it's by far the best. The horn button on the lever is so convenient too. Really well thought out design.”
Julie F.
“Got them on my SEAT Arona through Motability. the team at Ferndown talked me through everything and even came out for a refit when I changed cars. Cracking service. Took a couple of weeks to get fully used to but no fault of the product.”
Derek K.
“Quality is obvious as soon as you use them. No play in the linkages, brake bites exactly when you expect. Properly made in the UK.”
Brian L.
