Large items — free UK pallet delivery
Mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs and other large equipment ship free on a kerbside pallet across mainland UK. Inside our local service area around Heathrow and Ferndown we can deliver and set up in person.
Please note: pallet deliveries are kerbside and require a signature. Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands may incur a surcharge.
Warranty & back-to-base service
On-site warranty service is available within our local support areas. Outside those areas, repairs may be back-to-base; we’ll explain the process for your product.
Returns
Consumer cancellation rights apply where relevant. Made-to-order items, used products and fitted adaptations can have different return rules, so check the product and terms before ordering.
