Adaptations fitted to a Citroen Spacetourer at Heathrow
A custom suite of driving controls, boot hoist, electric boot opener, and access aids were fitted to a Citroen Spacetourer at our Heathrow workshop.

A dealership brought a large Citroen Spacetourer to our Heathrow branch to undergo a full suite of custom mobility adaptations prior to customer handover. The owner required comprehensive driving controls alongside improved vehicle access and automated equipment loading.
Our workshop technicians installed an electronic trigger accelerator with integrated braking controls and a secondary control unit with a steering ball for effortless management of vehicle functions. For easier entry and exit, we fitted custom running boards along with grab handles on both the A-pillars and B-pillars. To assist with heavy mobility equipment, we fitted a heavy-duty 150kg boot hoist alongside an electric boot opener for automated tailgate operation.
Once all equipment was installed, our technicians performed a full diagnostic check and system check to ensure seamless functionality. The vehicle was handed back fully prepared for a complete customer demonstration.
