Compact mobility scooter home demonstration in Ferndown
Our Ferndown team carried out a home demonstration, helping a customer test smaller mobility scooters to find the right fit for indoor use.
A customer contacted our Ferndown branch looking to explore mobility scooter options that could be used both out and about and brought indoors. While initially considering a larger four-wheel model like the TGA Breeze, it quickly became clear that a more compact scooter would be much better suited to navigating tighter spaces inside the home.
To make the selection process as convenient as possible, our team arranged a home demonstration through the Motability scheme. We brought out a selection of smaller, lighter scooters directly to the customer, allowing them to try each model in their own familiar environment.
Testing the scooters at home gave the customer total confidence in choosing a manageable size that met all their daily mobility needs. Providing tailored home visits ensures every customer gets the right equipment for their lifestyle.
