Our Heathrow team supplied a suitable wheelchair through the Motability Scheme, ensuring a comfortable, tailored fit for the customer's daily routine.
A customer visited our Heathrow branch looking to acquire a practical new wheelchair through the Motability Scheme. They needed a reliable and lightweight model that would be comfortable for daily use and easy to transport in a vehicle when travelling with family.
Our experienced team carried out a full assessment to ensure the seating position and supportive features met the customer's specific comfort needs. We selected an appropriate model, adjusted the footrests and seat depth, and fully tested all locking and folding mechanisms.
Once prepared, we walked the customer through folding and unfolding the wheelchair for storage. The handover was completed smoothly under the Motability Scheme, leaving the customer confident and ready to enjoy greater independence.
