Home powerchair demonstration and delivery in Heathrow

A customer interested in joining the Motability Scheme contacted our Heathrow branch to explore lightweight powerchair options. They needed a portable, easy-to-manage chair that suited their daily routines, so we arranged a free home demonstration to let them compare lightweight models in their own environment.

During the visit, our mobility specialist demonstrated different transportable models, allowing the customer to test maneuverability and comfort. After trying out the options, the customer selected a Pride Jazzy Carbon Max HD powered wheelchair, which matched their requirements perfectly.

Once the Motability application was processed, we delivered the new carbon-frame powerchair directly to the customer. We completed a full handover, ensuring the controls were comfortably set up and that the customer felt completely confident operating and folding their new chair.
