Left foot accelerator fitted to a Peugeot 3008

A customer visited our Heathrow branch needing a driving adaptation for their Peugeot 3008 to accommodate limited right-leg mobility. To allow them to operate the accelerator safely using their left foot, we recommended a Jeff Gosling twin flip folding left foot accelerator system.

Our qualified technicians neatly installed the folding accelerator mechanism alongside the existing pedals. The twin flip design allows the left accelerator pedal to flip down when required, while safely folding away the standard right pedal. When an able-bodied driver uses the vehicle, the system easily reverts to standard right-foot operation.

After completing the installation, we thoroughly tested the pedal mechanism to ensure smooth, safe operation. The finished adaptation provides a seamless driving solution tailored to the customer's physical requirements, giving them full confidence and independence back on the road.
