Panoramic interior mirror fitted to a Kia Picanto in Ferndown
A large panoramic interior mirror was fitted to a Kia Picanto at our Ferndown workshop to improve rearward visibility for the driver.
A Motability customer visited our Ferndown workshop requiring an adaptation to enhance visibility while driving their new Kia Picanto. Due to restricted neck movement, standard rear-view mirrors did not provide a sufficiently wide field of view to ensure complete confidence on the road.
Our technicians fitted a wide-angle BAS panoramic interior mirror securely to the existing rear-view setup. This lightweight extension significantly expands the driver's rearward vision across the rear cabin and blind spots, without obstructing the windscreen or interfering with sun visors.
Once installed, our team adjusted the mirror position to suit the driver's preferred seating alignment before handover. This straightforward addition vastly improved driver reassurance and safety, allowing them to navigate traffic with ease.
