Our Heathrow branch supplied and delivered a comfortable pavement mobility scooter, helping a local customer regain their outdoor independence.
A local customer approached our Heathrow branch looking for a reliable mobility scooter to assist with daily outings and local shopping trips. Having experienced reduced mobility, they required a comfortable, easy-to-operate model that could handle pavement travel with confidence and ease.
Our team guided them through our range of mobility scooters to find a solution tailored to their specific needs. Once selected, we fully assembled and pre-delivery inspected the scooter at our workshop before delivering it directly to their home.
During delivery, our technician carried out a thorough handover, ensuring the customer was completely comfortable using the controls, charging the battery, and manoeuvring safely. The customer was delighted with their new scooter and ready to enjoy greater independence.
