Our Heathrow team delivered a new Pride Baja Bandit Plus Class 3 mobility scooter to a Motability customer.
A customer accessed the Motability Scheme through our Heathrow branch to arrange a high-performance mobility scooter. They chose the Pride Baja Bandit Plus, a robust Class 3 road-legal scooter designed for outdoor independence and tackling varied terrain.
Once the preferred colour option was confirmed and the order processed, our team prepared the scooter for delivery. We performed full pre-delivery checks to ensure the unit was fully charged and set up to the user's requirements.
Upon handover, our technician provided a thorough demonstration of the scooter controls, safety features, and charging process. The customer was delighted to receive their new scooter, ready for reliable daily use.
