Push-pull hand controls fitted to a Peugeot 3008 at Heathrow
We installed push-pull hand controls and a quick-release steering ball to a Peugeot 3008 at our Heathrow branch for a Motability customer.
A Motability customer visited our Heathrow branch needing driving adaptations installed on their new Peugeot 3008 hybrid. Having previously used push-pull controls, they wanted a familiar setup fitted prior to vehicle handover from the main dealer.
Our qualified technicians fitted a set of Jeff Gosling push-pull hand controls to allow smooth, mechanical operation of the brake and accelerator levers by hand. Alongside these controls, we installed a quick-release steering ball on the steering wheel, enabling effortless one-handed steering control while operating the hand controls.
Once the installation was completed and fully safety-checked, we provided a full familiarisation demonstration to ensure the customer was completely comfortable with the operation of their new equipment before taking delivery.
