Push/pull hand controls fitted to a MINI Countryman at Heathrow

A Motability customer visited our Heathrow branch requiring hand controls fitted to a new MINI Countryman prior to dealership handover. They requested a right-hand operated push/pull brake and accelerator system to allow full, comfortable control of the vehicle without using foot pedals.

Our qualified technicians installed a Jeff Gosling push/pull hand control system, carefully integrating the mechanism with the vehicle's driving controls. This mechanical setup allows smooth, natural braking by pushing the lever forward and responsive acceleration by pulling back, maintaining the integrity of the original interior layout.

Once the installation was completed, we returned the vehicle to the dealership and provided a thorough familiarisation demonstration. The customer was confident using their new driving controls, enabling a smooth handover for their new Motability car.
