Steering ball and boot strap fitted to a Vauxhall Grandland

Our technicians recently completed an adaptation installation on a new Vauxhall Grandland prior to vehicle handover. The customer required steering assistance to manage the vehicle comfortably and safely, along with an easier way to close the boot tailgate.

We fitted a Jeff Gosling quick-release steering wheel ball, positioned neatly at the ten o'clock location on the wheel according to the driver's preference. This allows for smooth, single-handed steering control while remaining easily removable when required. Additionally, we installed a durable boot strap to allow the tailgate to be pulled down smoothly without overreaching.

After completing the installation, our team demonstrated the equipment to ensure the driver felt confident and comfortable using both adaptations before driving away.
