TGA Vita E scooter delivery at our Heathrow branch
Our Heathrow team supplied a new TGA Vita E mobility scooter through the Motability scheme, customised with round mirrors and adjusted settings.
A customer visiting our Heathrow branch chose a new TGA Mobility Vita E scooter through the Motability scheme to help maintain their daily independence. During the pre-delivery preparation, they requested a couple of personal adjustments to ensure the scooter was perfectly tailored to their needs from day one.
Our technicians fitted a pair of round rear-view mirrors, which offered better visibility for the user than the standard mirror design. We also adjusted the reverse safety beeper volume setting in line with manufacturer guidelines to ensure a more comfortable ride around the home and local neighbourhood.
The scooter was fully tested, charged, and hand-delivered directly to the customer's home at a convenient time. After a thorough handover demonstrating the controls and charging routine, the customer was ready to enjoy their new mobility scooter.
