Twin flip left foot accelerator fitted to a Cupra Formentor

A Motability customer recently visited our Heathrow workshop requiring driving adaptations for a new Cupra Formentor. The driver needed to operate the accelerator pedal using their left foot, while allowing the vehicle to be driven conventionally whenever required.

Our installation team fitted a Jeff Gosling twin flip folding left foot accelerator. This neat adaptation features an additional accelerator pedal to the left of the brake, while the original right-hand pedal folds safely out of the way. When a family member or another driver operates the car, the system easily flips back to standard position in seconds.

Following installation, our technicians conducted thorough safety checks to ensure precise throttle response and complete peace of mind before handover.
