4-way boot hoist fitted to a Peugeot 5008 in Ferndown

A customer acquiring a new Peugeot 5008 through the Motability Scheme needed a practical solution for loading their folding powerchair into the boot effortlessly. We arranged to collect the vehicle directly from a local car dealership in Poole prior to the customer taking final delivery.

Our experienced technicians installed a heavy-duty 4-way boot hoist designed to smoothly lift and swivel the powerchair into the luggage compartment. After ensuring the hoist was accurately balanced and tailored to suit the customer's specific chair model, we returned the vehicle to the dealership ready for handover.

Once the customer collected their new car, we provided a full familiarisation demonstration to ensure they felt completely comfortable and confident operating the hoist controls.
