Autochair person lift fitted to a Vauxhall Grandland

A Motability customer visited our Ferndown workshop requiring assistance getting into and out of their new Vauxhall Grandland. Having previously used a person lift in an older model, they wanted the same reliable solution installed on the front passenger side of their new vehicle.

Our technicians fitted an Autochair Smart Transfer person lift alongside a transfer kit, complete with a medium sling tailored to the customer's needs. The system allows smooth, comfortable transfers from a wheelchair directly into the passenger seat without placing physical strain on a carer or helper.

Once the installation was finished and thoroughly tested, the vehicle was safely returned to the supplying dealership ready for handover. The customer can now enjoy seamless, effortless journeys in their new car.
