Boot hoist motor repair at our Heathrow branch

A Motability customer contacted our Heathrow branch after experiencing ongoing noise and operation issues with their vehicle boot hoist. Our workshop team inspected the adaptation, identified a faulty internal motor component within the hoist arm, and raised a warranty claim to source a genuine replacement part.

Once the new motor arrived at our West Drayton workshop, our technicians scheduled the vehicle in for repair. We carefully disassembled the hoist arm mechanism, fitted the replacement motor, and recalibrated the assembly.

Following thorough testing to ensure the hoist operated smoothly and safely under load, the vehicle was handed back to the customer fully functional.
