Mobility scooter puncture repair at our Ferndown branch
We collected a mobility scooter with a flat tyre in Ringwood, carried out a puncture repair in our workshop, and safely returned it to the customer.
A local customer contacted our Ferndown branch after their father suffered a flat tyre on his mobility scooter, leaving him temporarily housebound. As the scooter is his primary means of getting out and about, a prompt turnaround was essential to restore his independence.
Our technician collected the scooter on their way into the workshop to inspect the damage. Upon testing the wheel, we located the puncture, repaired the inner tube securely, and checked the overall tyre condition and pressures before returning the fully functional scooter back to the owner.
