Boot hoist transfer kit fitted to a Peugeot 2008
We installed a boot hoist transfer kit and pull strap to a Peugeot 2008 for a Motability customer at our Heathrow branch.
A Motability customer visited us needing assistance loading a small mobility scooter into their new Peugeot 2008, as well as help closing the tailgate comfortably without stretching.
Our approved technicians installed an Autochair SmartLifter transfer kit to adapt a four-way boot hoist for the customer's specific scooter model. We welcomed the customer to our Heathrow workshop to fit the attachment and accurately balance the hoist arm for safe, balanced lifting. We also fitted a durable manual boot pull strap to make closing the tailgate far easier.
This tailored adaptation setup allows the customer to load their scooter effortlessly and retain full independence when out on the road.
