A customer in Ferndown required an effective solution for loading their mobility scooter into the boot of their Nissan Micra. To make the process as straightforward as possible, our team arranged a complimentary collection service, picking up both the vehicle and the scooter directly from the customer's home.

At our Ferndown workshop, our technicians installed a Brig-Ayd 40kg two-way boot hoist. This hoist simplifies lifting the scooter into the boot space with minimal physical effort. Having the customer's scooter on-site allowed us to set up and test the attachment points thoroughly, ensuring a smooth and reliable operation.

Once the installation and safety checks were complete, we returned the vehicle and scooter to the customer the following day. We demonstrated how to operate the hoist confidently before leaving them to enjoy effortless travel.
