Drive Astrolite mobility scooter service at Ferndown branch
We collected a Drive Astrolite mobility scooter for servicing at our Ferndown branch, providing a loan scooter to keep the customer mobile.
A customer contacted our Ferndown branch requesting a service for their Drive Astrolite mobility scooter. To ensure they remained independent while their scooter was in our workshop, we arranged to collect the vehicle directly from their home and supplied a suitable temporary loan scooter for the duration of the work.
Once back at our Ferndown workshop, our technicians carried out a comprehensive multi-point inspection on the lightweight scooter. This involved testing battery health and performance, inspecting the motor and drive system, checking tyre conditions, and verifying that all electrical connections and controls were operating safely.
After completing the service, safety checks, and a thorough clean, the Drive Astrolite was delivered back to the customer. Providing a seamless collection and loan scooter service ensured total peace of mind and zero disruption to their routine.
