Drive Medical folding scooter service at Heathrow
We repaired loose armrests and the front cowling on a Drive Medical folding scooter before carrying out a full annual service at our Heathrow workshop.
A Motability customer contacted our Heathrow team after noticing loose armrests and issues with the front bodywork on their Drive Medical Manual Fold Plus mobility scooter. As the scooter was due its routine check-up in the coming months, we combined the necessary repairs with a full annual service.
Our technicians securely re-fixed both armrests, repaired the front cowling, and checked all folding mechanisms for smooth operation. During the annual service, we carried out a comprehensive safety check on the electronics, brakes, and chassis, confirming that the battery pack remains in great condition.
Once all testing was completed, the scooter was cleaned and made ready for collection. Carrying out repairs alongside scheduled servicing helps our customers stay safe and mobile without needing multiple workshop trips.
