Faulty horn repair on a Motability car at Heathrow
Our Heathrow technicians diagnosed and repaired a non-functioning horn on a Motability Scheme vehicle, returning it safely to the customer.
A Motability customer brought their vehicle into our Heathrow branch after noticing the horn had stopped working. A functioning horn is an essential safety feature for any road user, so diagnosing electrical or mechanical issues promptly was our top priority.
Our trained technicians carried out a thorough inspection of the vehicle's steering wheel controls and horn wiring circuit. The underlying fault was identified and repaired, successfully restoring full operation. After testing the system thoroughly to ensure complete reliability, we notified Motability and arranged a convenient collection for the customer, who was pleased to have their car back safely on the road.
