Kymco Midi XLS scooter repair at our Heathrow branch
Our Heathrow branch repaired a damaged Kymco Midi XLS mobility scooter, replacing worn panels and armrests to get the customer back on the move.
A customer contacted our Heathrow team through the Motability scheme needing repairs to their Kymco Midi XLS mobility scooter. The scooter required a new left armrest, a replacement for a cracked right-hand body panel, and attention to a loose right armrest and steering mechanism. To keep the customer mobile while the work was arranged, we provided a temporary loan scooter.
Once the genuine replacement parts arrived, our technician carried out the repairs, fitting the new armrests, replacing the damaged bodywork, and inspecting the steering alignment. We also helped out with a small fix on the customer's accessory bag.
With the repairs completed and safety checks carried out, the scooter was delivered back in full working order, fully restored and safe for daily use.
