A quick mobility scooter battery replacement at our Heathrow branch ensured a Motability customer stayed mobile without any unnecessary delay.
A Motability scheme customer contacted our Heathrow team when her mobility scooter stopped holding charge. Being dependent on the scooter for daily outings, a quick resolution was essential to keep her mobile.
Our technician diagnosed a failed battery set and placed an order for replacement units. To ensure the customer was not left stranded while waiting for the delivery, we temporarily fitted a set of fully charged batteries from our stock so she could continue using her scooter right away.
Once the new batteries arrived, we completed the final fitting and carried out a full health check on the scooter's electrical system. The customer was delighted with the swift service and peace of mind.
