A customer contacted our Heathrow branch when their Galaxy 2 mobility scooter stopped charging properly. Although the batteries had tested fine a month prior, the scooter was no longer accepting a charge, leaving them without reliable daily transport. To ensure they remained independent while we investigated, we provided a loan scooter for them to use in the meantime.

Our workshop technicians carried out a thorough diagnostic check on the charger, charging socket, and wiring harness. We identified a broken connection in the charging circuit that was preventing power from reaching the batteries. After repairing the wiring and retesting the complete electrical system, the batteries charged smoothly back up to full capacity.

The scooter was road-tested to ensure complete reliability before being handed back to the customer, who was delighted to have their own vehicle working again.
