Mobility scooter insurance repair at our Heathrow branch
Our Heathrow team carried out a complete bodywork and mechanical repair on a mobility scooter following accidental damage.
A customer’s mobility scooter was brought into our Heathrow workshop following accidental damage, requiring insurance-approved bodywork and mechanical repairs. The scooter had suffered impact damage affecting its body panels, tiller adjustment mechanism, and front axle components.
Our technicians thoroughly inspected the vehicle and fitted genuine replacement parts, including a new stub axle, gas strut for the tiller, front shroud, footplate, and battery cover. We also replaced the damaged wheel fenders and fitted a fresh Tuscan Red rear shroud to restore the scooter's appearance.
After reassembling the bodywork and completing steering alignment checks, the scooter was road-tested to ensure complete safety and smooth handling. It was then safely delivered back to the customer fully restored.
