Pride Colt mobility scooter service in Ferndown
Full service and electrical check carried out on a Pride Colt mobility scooter at our Ferndown workshop, with a loan scooter provided.
A customer contacted our Ferndown team needing a routine annual service for their Pride Colt mobility scooter. They also reported an issue with the charging indicator lights acting intermittently, which required investigation. To keep the customer mobile while the work was taking place, we arranged to drop off a similar loan scooter.
Our technicians carried out a comprehensive service, inspecting the motor, brakes, tyres, and battery health. During the electrical checks, we identified and rectified a minor wiring issue responsible for the unreliable charging display, ensuring the charging system was functioning properly once again.
The scooter was cleaned, fully tested, and returned to the customer, who was glad to have their reliable everyday transport back in full working order without any disruption to their daily routine.
