Replacement side step fitted at our Heathrow branch

A customer visited our Heathrow branch when their vehicle's electric side step stopped operating correctly. The step was no longer deploying smoothly, making access in and out of the vehicle difficult and unsafe.

Our technicians stripped down the step mechanism to inspect the internal components for damage or debris build-up. Finding that the original unit was worn beyond repair, we sourced an approved 600mm replacement side step. We mounted and wired the new step, ensuring seamless integration with the existing vehicle systems.

After completing the installation, we thoroughly tested the step's safety mechanisms and smooth operation. The vehicle was returned to the customer with secure, reliable side access fully restored.
